Position: Accountant II

Compensation: $34 – $36 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant II to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you will handle essential accounting tasks such as general ledger postings, balancing, and journal entries. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Reconcile daily and monthly transactions
• Maintain general ledger trial balances
• Manage accounts receivable balances
• Process cash receipts and credit invoices
• Resolve bill and payment discrepancies
• Create sales tax credits as needed
• Compile travel data for sustainability reporting
• Participate in monthly and year-end close processes
• Assist the Controller with accounting tasks
• Establish effective working relationships

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in accounting and payroll
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA or CPA Eligible
• Experience with inventory accounting
• Knowledge of variance analysis and sales tax
