Position: Business Transformation Program Manager

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000

Location: Houston, Texas

As a Business Transformation Program Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, turning strategic visions into reality. This is a pivotal role, perfect for someone ready to drive major product and technology transformations. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, operations, and finance
• Turn leadership goals into structured programs and execution plans
• Build timelines, accountability, and alignment across teams
• Improve processes and drive operational change
• Work closely with VP-level leadership
• Help launch key company initiatives
• Align engineering, supply chain, and operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong program management skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Executive communication and cross-team leadership
• Process improvement mindset
• Agile experience required
• Ability to bridge business, IT, and operations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in utility protection or asset management
• Experience with engineering and supply chain alignment
