Position: Manager of Artificial Intelligence

Compensation: $160,000 – $170,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Artificial Intelligence to join their team!

Join a dynamic organization in building a brand-new AI Center of Excellence Product Enablement team. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member, driving AI transformation across departments. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Understand business needs for AI transformation
• Design and configure AI foundations across departments
• Create and implement best practices for AI initiatives
• Develop delivery plans for AI solutions
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders
• Manage and lead AI Engineers and Integrations Engineers
• Evaluate and propose new AI platforms
• Ensure AI governance and excellence
• Drive enterprise level AI team building
• Interact directly with the CIO for sponsorship

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-5 years in AI or Machine Learning
• 2+ years hands-on AI solutions delivery
• Experience in building AI agents
• Strong understanding of AI transformation
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Enterprise level AI experience
• Ability to articulate AI usage personally and professionally

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Leadership experience or people leader mentality
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms like Co-Pilot
• Builder DNA and innovative mindset
• Experience in AI governance strategies
