Position: Financial Systems Analyst

Compensation: $50 – $65 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team at a leading company as a Financial Systems Analyst. In this role, you’ll support the Finance Technology team by enhancing current systems and contributing to future innovations. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and shape the company’s future. Collaborate with business leaders and transformation teams to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct process and system analysis to develop future state designs
• Collaborate with users to prioritize and guide team success
• Shape future-state finance processes across key domains
• Assist in designing and executing finance-related test scenarios
• Contribute to deployment planning and go-live readiness
• Approach ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems
• Minimum of eight years of related experience
• Experience with Agile and business analysis activities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Fusion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• JIRA expertise
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• ERP transformations and cross-functional projects
