Position: IT Configuration Tech

Compensation: $20 – 21/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Configuration Tech to join their team!

This contract role supports IT equipment preparation and hardware setup for store operations. It is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on technical experience who enjoys troubleshooting, device testing, and supporting hardware deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Test returned IT equipment for functionality
• Clean and prepare hardware for reuse
• Support warranty-related equipment tasks
• Pull equipment for new and existing stores
• Assist with hardware configuration work
• Run diagnostics on IT equipment
• Work with IT vendors on repair needs
• Support RMA repair processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic PC knowledge and experience
• Ability to test and troubleshoot hardware
• Experience handling returned IT equipment
• Comfort working with diagnostics tools
• Experience supporting equipment repairs
• Ability to assist with hardware configuration tasks
• Experience working with IT vendors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with RMA repairs
• Background supporting retail store equipment
• Familiarity with hardware deployment projects
