Position: Sr Account Operations Manager

Compensation: $72,000 – $76,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Account Operations Manager to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an operations leader who enjoys driving performance, improving processes, and keeping day-to-day service delivery running smoothly. In this role, you’ll take ownership of account operations, support a fast-paced warehouse environment, and help ensure client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead daily account operations and service delivery
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed
• Manage budget, expenses, and financial reporting
• Drive profitability through effective communication
• Train, develop, and motivate team members
• Support client standards and service agreement execution
• Track operational issues and follow through on open items
• Inspect warehouse freight and maintain operational oversight

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Seven or more years of related experience
• Six or more years of industry experience
• Five or more years of supervisory experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Professional certification in a relevant area
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
• Familiarity with web-based job-specific software
• Background in coaching and employee development
