Position: Branch Manager

Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a growing, local bank to help find a skilled Branch Manager to join their team!

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small, established branch with a strong local customer base. The role focuses on retail banking operations, team leadership, and delivering a high level of customer service. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on branch management and taking ownership of day-to-day branch success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead daily branch operations and staff support
• Manage tellers and frontline banking activities
• Oversee new account opening processes
• Deliver strong customer service and relationship support
• Ensure smooth retail banking operations
• Maintain an efficient, service-focused branch environment
• Support branch performance and local customer needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience managing tellers or branch staff
• Background in retail banking
• Experience opening new accounts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Pryor

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous branch management experience
• Lending experience
• Experience in a community banking environment
• Familiarity with small-branch operations
