Position: Network Administrator

Compensation: $75,000 – $83,000 annually, depending on experience + annual bonuses

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Administrator to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on network professional who enjoys supporting critical infrastructure and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help maintain and improve a complex enterprise environment spanning networking, security, voice, and remote access systems. The team is looking for someone who is motivated, collaborative, and ready to grow while contributing to the stability and performance of core IT systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and maintain LAN and WAN network infrastructure
• Support Cisco switches, routers, wireless, and voice systems
• Manage network security tools, firewalls, and remote access solutions
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, and other essential network services
• Monitor infrastructure and resolve network issues quickly
• Assist with upgrades, changes, and infrastructure improvements
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting efforts
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and operational support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Three years of LAN, WAN, and network experience
• Experience with Cisco switches, routers, wireless, and voice systems
• Working knowledge of routing, switching, and network security
• Understanding of IP addressing, subnets, and network architecture
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and telecom issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, or related field preferred
• Must be able to pass background screening requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Cisco CCNA certification
• Cisco CCNP certification
• Experience with EIGRP, DMVPN, and BGP
• Experience with Cisco Firepower or ASA firewalls
• Experience with Cisco ISE or Duo 2FA
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager or UCCX
• Experience supporting casino or regulated environments
