Position: IAM Specialist

Compensation: $40 – 45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IAM Specialist to join their team!

This is a newly created opportunity supporting a growing environment with a strong need for Identity & Access Management support. You’ll play a key role in keeping user access organized, secure, and efficient while helping improve documentation, reporting, and compliance processes. If you enjoy a hands-on role with a mix of IAM, troubleshooting, and end user support, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage user identity lifecycle tasks in Azure and Entra ID
• Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts
• Maintain group memberships and application access
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer RBAC-based access assignments
• Troubleshoot SAML-based SSO integrations
• Manage licenses and subscriptions for users
• Support IAM reporting, audits, and access reviews
• Assist with identity documentation updates
• Provide end user support when needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of IAM experience
• 3+ years in user provisioning and identity lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Entra ID
• Experience managing group-based access and RBAC
• Experience troubleshooting SAML-based SSO
• Experience managing licenses and subscriptions
• Comfort with reporting as a major part of the role
• Experience supporting access reviews and identity governance
• Ability to troubleshoot MFA and login issues

• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Hybrid schedule: four days onsite, one day remote initially
• Hybrid schedule: three days onsite, two days remote after training
