Position: Senior BI Engineering Manager

Compensation: $ 170,000 – 200,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior BI Engineering Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact direct hire opportunity for an experienced BI leader who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional environment. You’ll guide a team supporting critical business domains across forwarding, ground, and warehousing, with direct visibility to leadership and key stakeholders. If you enjoy building strong teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering meaningful analytics solutions, this role offers a chance to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Engineers across multiple business domains
• Partner with leadership and business stakeholders on analytics priorities
• Oversee technical delivery from data sources to reporting output
• Support solutions built in SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Power BI, and DAX
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams
• Help deliver analytics for a high-priority customer account
• Set expectations for quality, execution, and team performance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience managing technical teams
• Strong analytic engineering background
• Hands-on experience with SQL, DBT, and Snowflake
• Experience with Power BI and DAX reporting
• Ability to work directly with leadership and clients
• Background supporting complex, high-visibility projects
• Houston-based and able to work onsite periodically
• Experience in supply chain or logistics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• SaaS experience
• Experience delivering projects for large clients
• Exposure to multiple business domains
• Background leading highly visible teams
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical leadership role
