Position: Production Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within a growing manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee daily production operations, drive efficiency, and help shape a strong team as the plant continues to expand. If you enjoy leading people, improving processes, and keeping production moving at a fast pace, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee daily production scheduling and workflow execution
• Coordinate across departments to keep work moving smoothly
• Apply lean manufacturing methods to reduce waste
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues
• Manage, coach, and develop production team members
• Support safety practices and promote a safe work environment
• Improve lineside inventory processes and overall efficiency
• Partner with supply chain and sales on planning and forecasting
• Drive accountability, teamwork, and customer focus

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous experience in a management role
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience implementing or supporting a 5S program
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make sound operational decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Lean Six Sigma training
• Experience building leadership teams
• Background supporting production growth
• Experience in panel manufacturing
• Exposure to forecasting and staffing coordination
