Position: Accounting & Operations Specialist

Compensation: $55,000 – 65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Yukon, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting & Operations Specialist to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning the day-to-day financial workflow and making an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll support both accounting and operations for a growing organization, helping keep the books organized, invoices moving, and financial reporting on track. With a broad scope and direct visibility to leadership, this position offers the chance to be a key contributor in a fast-moving small-business environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process customer invoicing and support collections efforts
• Manage accounts payable and vendor invoice processing
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Support budget preparation and tracking
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting tasks
• Track project expenses and financial commitments
• Support contract, vendor, and procurement activities
• Provide administrative support and improve internal processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or cybersecurity
• Background in budgeting and financial reporting
• Familiarity with government contracting environments
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to investor, lender, or due diligence requests

• Bookkeeping will make up most of the role
• This is the only finance position on the team
