Position: Recruiting Specialist

Compensation: $25 – $28/hr

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiting Specialist- Office to join their team!

In this role, you’ll drive recruiting efforts for professional, technical, and office-based positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to match top talent with business needs. This is a strong opportunity for a relationship-focused recruiter who enjoys full-cycle hiring, building pipelines, and creating a standout candidate experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and administrative roles
• Partner with managers to define hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear candidate communication
• Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
• Support employer branding and candidate experience efforts
• Assist with production recruiting during peak hiring periods
• Maintain compliance and accurate recruitment documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience will be considered
• 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with professional, technical, or office recruiting
• Hourly or production recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting manufacturing hiring environments
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives
• Experience building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Experience with recruiting events and university outreach

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
• Primarily office-based with occasional manufacturing floor visits

• Works closely with HR, supervisors, and managers
