Position: Workday Functional Analyst

Compensation: $ 80000 – 100000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys improving systems, solving business challenges, and building efficient processes. In this role, you’ll support a dynamic environment by configuring Workday, enhancing reporting, and helping users get the most out of the platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality
• Support tenant setup and business process configuration
• Build and troubleshoot calculated fields and validation rules
• Create reports, dashboards, and system enhancements
• Test and deploy feature releases and new functionality
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Develop training guides and user documentation
• Provide support for system issues and process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration and maintenance
• Knowledge of business process configuration and security
• Experience with calculated fields and validation rules
• Ability to build reports and dashboards
• Experience supporting testing and system deployment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modules
• Background creating training materials and knowledge resources
• Experience supporting workflow design
• Familiarity with feature release evaluations
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
