Position: Sr. Automation Engineer
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area
Compensation: $140,000k and benefits

Inceed has partnered with a leading company in the public sector to find a skilled Sr. Automation Engineer to join their award-winning team of UiPath experts.

This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects for federal clients while leveraging cutting-edge automation technologies. If you’re looking to make a difference and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute projects for federal clients, both on-site in the DC Metro Area, acting as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect.
• Establish and enforce technical standards across automation initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide valuable technical insights during presales consultations to aid clients in their RPA adoption journey.
• Research and implement new technologies to maintain a forward-thinking and innovative team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience with RPA software suites like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• 3+ years in the Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense sectors.
• 3-5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (VB, VB.NET, VBA, or C# preferred) with a strong grasp of programming best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
• Experience with web development using HTML and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL for database manipulation.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
