Compensation: $22-$30/hr

Position: Dialysis Biomedical Equipment Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Dialysis Biomedical Equipment Technician to join their team! This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art dialysis equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and safety. The technician will be responsible for performing essential repairs, maintenance, and certification of dialysis machines. This is a crucial position that plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency of medical equipment used in life-saving treatments. The company is looking for a dedicated individual to fill this role, and the opportunity is open due to the need for a skilled technician to support their growing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on dialysis machines to ensure they are functioning properly during treatment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, including inspections and calibrations, ensuring equipment is compliant with safety standards.

• Certify new dialysis equipment and coordinate installation, making recommendations for maintenance and safety procedures.

• Maintain detailed equipment histories, including repairs, part replacements, and service contracts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

• Provide training to staff on the safe operation of dialysis equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Service Technology, Electronic Service Technology, or a related field from an accredited program, or equivalent military training.

• Previous experience with biomedical equipment, particularly dialysis machines, is highly desired.

• Knowledge of electrical safety inspections and equipment performance testing.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certification in biomedical equipment repair or related field.

• Experience with the calibration and maintenance of medical equipment, specifically in a dialysis environment.
