Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 

Location: Norman, Oklahoma 

Position: Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans, ensuring exceptional client service.
  Guide clients through the lending process, helping them find the best loan solutions.
  Build strong relationships with referral partners, real estate agents, and clients.
  Stay updated on mortgage industry trends, regulations, and loan products.
  Collaborate with a highly motivated team in a brand-new Norman office.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• NMLS licensed
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Lender, or similar role
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
