Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 
Location: Catoosa, OK
Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity with a global leader in industrial heat exchange solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in streamlining production systems and driving efficiency through hands-on engineering work. If you enjoy optimizing systems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a tangible impact in a high-performing manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and improvement of production methods, tools, and systems to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to align technical specifications and schedules with production needs
• Analyze workflow, labor costs, and space utilization to optimize manufacturing performance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing process improvement, including tooling and automation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments
• 3D CAD design experience
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety in industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with post-completion audits and continuous improvement strategies
