Project Administrator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Administrator to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting enterprise-wide governance and records management initiatives. This team is at the center of managing operational documentation, QA/QC checklists, and internal reporting tools, playing a critical role in organizational compliance and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quick to adapt, and eager to learn, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet. As part of a collaborative and high-functioning group, this individual will contribute to cross-functional coordination, documentation control, and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project documentation using tools such as SharePoint and Smartsheet

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and assist in stakeholder communications and meeting facilitation

  • Track project status, action items, and QA/QC checklist completion

  • Assist in dashboard creation and status reporting with Excel and Power BI

  • Support records management and version control practices across project materials

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, legal, technical, or related fields

  • Internship or 1–2 years of professional experience in a relevant setting

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Microsoft Office, and exposure to SharePoint and Smartsheet

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to learn and contribute

  • Experience with document management and familiarity with basic project management practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Exposure to Power BI or experience with Excel-based dashboards
  • Familiarity with project management tools and practices
  • Understanding of document control systems or metadata tagging
  • Prior experience with internal/external stakeholder coordination
