Compensation: $35-$40/hr

Position: Engineering Tech

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Engineering Tech to join their team!

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Water Resources Operations Team by managing technical data, tracking project schedules, and developing reports that drive operational success. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Water Resources Operations Team.

• Gather, update, and maintain technical data in informational databases.

• Track project schedules, monitor cost forecasts, and assist in preparing project-related information.

• Develop and maintain reports for interdisciplinary teams and draft presentations for Management.

• Create, maintain, and update team databases and reports to support office engineering and field operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of related experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.

• Experience with Spotfire, SQL, Primavera 6, Microsoft Planner, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in water resources, engineering, or operations support.

• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization.

• Previous experience in an energy, utilities, or environmental industry setting.
