Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 + Bonuses

Location: Onsite in Pryor, OK

Position: Market President

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Market President to join their team! This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking professional to lead a branch, manage commercial lending operations, and make an impact in the local community. The ideal candidate will have commercial lending experience and a background in branch operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Manage and support the commercial lending and loan origination processes.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 employees within the branch.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders in the community.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Drive business development and growth opportunities for the branch.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in commercial lending and loan origination.

• Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or similar operational role.

• Strong understanding of banking operations and a sharp aptitude for leading teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.

• Familiarity with HR processes in a banking environment.
