Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 + Commission
Location: Glen Allen, VA
Position: Technical Account Executive

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Account Executive to join their team! This position is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to work within a dynamic, growing company. The ideal candidate will thrive in an outbound sales environment, where cold calling, networking, and lead generation are key aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:
• Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
• Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities with the goal of meeting set sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, focusing on Telecom, Data Center, and managed services solutions.
• Work autonomously to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline, using tools such as HubSpot, Zoom Info, and Sales Navigator.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline and sales activities to leadership.
• Close sales, with compensation tied to contracts signed and installations completed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in Telecom, managed services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and generating new business.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a high energy, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience with prospecting tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator.
• Knowledge of the Telecom industry, including SD WAN, data centers, and fiber networks.
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses in a door-to-door sales capacity.
• Ability to effectively handle sales cycles with varying lengths (typically 60 days).
