Compensation: $18-$22/hour
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position: Data Entry Clerk (POS & Inventory Reconciliation)
 
 Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Clerk (POS & Inventory Reconciliation) to join their team! This position will be responsible for entering inventory data into the Aspira One POS system, cleaning up past data entries, and identifying any discrepancies or duplicates. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in the data entry process.

 
Responsibilities:

• Enter inventory data into the Aspira One POS system using existing spreadsheets and records
• Work closely with internal teams to verify missing or unclear information
• Identify and flag data issues or duplicates
• Maintain steady progress reporting to the Director of Resale and Merchandising
• Consistently follow naming conventions and item categorization standards

 
Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1+ year of professional/relevant experience
• Comfort with web-based tools and systems
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Reliable and punctual; the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (MVR)

 
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience with retail data or data entry
• Knowledge of inventory management or point-of-sale systems
