Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000/year (plus annual discretionary bonus)

Location: Lakewood, CO

Position: ERP Business Systems Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Business Systems Manager to join their team!

This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings strong leadership capabilities, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for collaborating with high-level users to drive business success. The organization is seeking a dynamic manager who will oversee a team of professionals supporting Oracle ERP systems. This is an exciting chance to step into a visible, high-impact role with a strong team in place and the autonomy to take ownership. The team is technically sound, but needs a leader who can communicate effectively, motivate, and help drive results.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of ERP professionals, driving performance and fostering professional development
• Oversee operations and strategic initiatives related to Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, and EPM modules
• Ensure alignment between technical team efforts and business goals by partnering closely with high-level system users
• Act as a liaison between IT and stakeholders to ensure user needs are met and system improvements are implemented
• Coordinate with leads to delegate technical responsibilities, with minimal need for hands-on technical work
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP operations and user experience

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven success in an IT leadership role, especially within ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a history of engaging senior-level users
• Experience with Oracle systems (ERP, HCM, Procurement, or EPM modules)
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and build a positive team culture
• Strong business acumen and user-facing experience
 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Background in the oil & gas industry
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with HR and payments systems
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics
