Compensation: $24/hour

Location: Onsite – Oklahoma City, OK

Position: IT Procurement Coordinator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Procurement Coordinator to join their team!

The IT Procurement Coordinator will support the procurement needs of the Information Technology Division, overseeing the purchase of all technology-related items—including hardware, software, and supplies—for the organization. Key responsibilities include processing requisitions, invoices, and electronic documentation; managing shared email inboxes and digital filing systems; identifying and resolving data discrepancies; assisting with IT budget preparation; and performing other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide procurement support for the IT division
• Purchasing all technology related items for the organization including hardware, software and supplies.
• Preparing and processing requisitions, invoices, and electronic documents
• Manage multiple different email accounts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of procurement/purchasing experience
• Experience in an IT environment
• Experience preparing and processing requisitions, invoices and electronic documents
• Experienced and Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar systems 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certified Procurement Officer (CPO) certification is preferred, but not required
