Position: Contracts Administrator

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team!

Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Contract Administrator, where you'll support asset transactions and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a family-oriented company that values culture, initiative, and collaboration. The position is open due to the upcoming retirement of the current Contract Administrator, allowing for a seamless transition with comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage contract administration activities related to asset transactions
• Maintain data in Quorum and System Scheduling Module
• Assist with Capacity Release System workflows
• Ensure contract data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal scheduling and marketing teams
• Support operational readiness for new client/asset launch
• Identify areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–5 years in contract administration or similar roles
• Experience in FERC-regulated environments is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and occasional Saturdays
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read tariff language
• Understanding of NAESB/NAPIC standards
• Familiarity with Quorum, Capacity Release Systems, and SSM
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint
