Position: IT Support

Compensation: $ 25 – 35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This is an onsite role with light travel to field offices, offering a chance to grow in a vibrant industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide helpdesk and desktop support
• Assist non-technical employees with IT issues
• Perform password resets and PC imaging
• Set up new hires and manage terminations
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Communicate effectively with team and clients
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor
• Travel quarterly to field offices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1.5 years of IT support experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Windows environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oil & gas industry experience
• Motivated and professional attitude
• Familiarity with industry terminology
