Position: Manager, Service Desk
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager, Service Desk to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of IT professionals in a forward-thinking healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for service delivery excellence and a strong background in IT service management. With recent growth and a continued commitment to innovation, this team is looking for someone to help optimize support operations and improve user experience across the organization. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily IT service desk operations, driving prompt and effective resolution of user issues
• Monitor and enhance service-level agreements and performance metrics
• Implement automation and AI-driven support tools to streamline processes
• Coordinate across teams to align support strategy with overall business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service desk team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in IT service management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven success in driving user satisfaction and improving support systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Familiarity with AI implementation in IT operations
• Experience managing support in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
• ITSM or ITIL certifications
