Compensation: $130,000 – $145,000 

Location: Onsite (with half-day Friday remote flexibility)

Position: IT Endpoint Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Endpoint Engineer to join their team! This opportunity is ideal for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about endpoint management and enjoys working in a collaborative, tight-knit team environment. Responsibilities:

• Administer endpoint configuration and compliance using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot

• Package, test, and deploy software applications across the organization’s device landscape

• Oversee Windows patching and lifecycle management to ensure optimal device performance and security

• Partner with security teams to identify, assess, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities

• Provide support and maintenance for Audio-Visual equipment used in enterprise conference settings

• Act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex technical support issues

• Maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management or a similar IT function

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and mobile device management tools

• Proven experience deploying and managing software through Intune

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, including updates and lifecycle support

• Experience supporting enterprise AV systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python

• Experience using IT service management platforms like ServiceNow
