Compensation:$100,000.00 – $110,000.00

Position:Accounting Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Manager to join their team!

This role offers the opportunity lead, analyze, and contribute to key accounting operations while leading team members and supporting company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assign and review work of accounting staff; provide guidance and oversight as needed.
• Maintain and manage the fixed asset system.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including facilities and real estate, to ensure lease compliance and accurate reporting,
• Make recommendations for improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Mentor, coach, and support staff development, performance management, and training.
• Ensure consistent application of GAAP across all accounting activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including some supervisory experience
• CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets and meet deadlines under pressure

Other Information:

• This is not a remote role. This person will be required to be onsite 4 days a week in the Houston office
