Compensation: $20-$24/hr

Position: AP Trade Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Trade Specialist to join their team!

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Trade Specialist with a strong accounts payable background. The ideal candidate will have experience with PO and non-PO processing, 3-way matching, and the ability to work with large datasets in Excel, including pivot tables and vLookups. Strong research and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices with accuracy
• Perform 3-way matching and reconcile discrepancies
• Utilize Excel for reconciling data, including pivot tables and vLookups
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Maintain clear communication across departments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in accounts payable (AP)
• Degree preferred but not required
• Proficient in Excel, with strong reconciliation skills
• Fast learner, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
