Program Manager
Inceed has partnered with a growing retail company to help find a skilled Program Manager to join their team!
This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a mission-critical project within a large-scale enterprise environment. The company is implementing a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), and they’re searching for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to head up the project. The individual in this role will step in to lead, organize, and drive a team of project managers and cross-functional contributors, all while presenting key updates to executive leadership. It’s a chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment that values initiative and results.
Responsibilities:

Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), acting as the primary point of contact for the initiative
-
Manage a team of 4–5 project managers while remaining actively involved in project planning, execution, and problem-solving
-
Coordinate efforts across a project team of over 50 individuals, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and budgets
-
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project
-
Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify mitigation strategies
-
Deliver regular executive-level presentations on project status, risks, and key metrics using PowerPoint
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading ERP or WMS implementation projects in large enterprise environments

Proven ability to operate as a hands-on leader who drives execution in addition to strategy

Proficient in MS Project and skilled in creating executive presentations using PowerPoint

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Previous experience with Manhattan WMS implementations

Experience leading large cross-functional teams

Familiarity with enterprise-level supply chain or logistics operations
