Compensation: $50k-$70k

Position: Commercial Loan Assistant 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Assistant to join their team!

They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Loan Assistant. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of commercial loan packages and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Loan to Value (LTV) and Loan to Cost (LTC) analysis, settlement statement balancing, and reading and interpreting credit memos

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and verify Loan to Value (LTV) and Loan to Cost (LTC) ratios for all commercial loan transactions.
• Review, interpret, and reconcile settlement statements (CD/HUD-1/ALTA) to ensure compliance with approved loan terms and disbursement instructions.
• Read and understand credit memos, extracting and verifying key financial and collateral details.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial loans.  
• Strong knowledge of LTV, LTC, settlement statements, and credit memo formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with commercial real estate loans specifically.
