Position: Desktop Support Technician

Compensation: $21 – $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where your technical skills will shine! As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations across various locations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and install workstations and laptops
• Identify and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
• Apply patches and update operating systems
• Maintain performance levels to meet customer expectations
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues
• Document and resolve issues in ticketing system
• Install and troubleshoot peripheral devices
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 24 credit hours in computer science or related field
• Two years of IT technical support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Job-related certifications
• Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Networking experience
• Mobile device support
• Experience in a healthcare environment
