Position: Systems Administrator

Compensation: $ 70,000 – $ 75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Administrator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Systems Administrator I, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deploy, configure, and manage network infrastructure
• Manage and maintain cloud resources like Azure VMs and SQLaaS
• Administer Microsoft365 Tenant including Teams and SharePoint
• Handle on-prem infrastructure management and maintenance
• Ensure 100% redundancy with backup solutions
• Maintain cyber-security solutions like Defender and Mimecast
• Create and manage technical documents and KB articles
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects planning and implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ Years in a similar infrastructure role
• Advanced Microsoft 365 Management Knowledge
• Intermediate Networking Knowledge; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Elite understanding of Windows Operating Systems
• Intermediate understanding of PowerShell scripting
• High School Diploma Required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Technical Certifications; Microsoft and/or ServiceNow Preferred
• ITIL Certification a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Cisco Meraki Infrastructure
• Basic understanding of database administration
• Experience with ServiceDesk Plus or ServiceNow
