Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position: Senior Engineer 
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Engineer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of commercial HVAC product development within an innovative engineering environment. This position is a vital part of the New Product Development (NPD) team, focused on driving advanced system designs and ensuring next-level performance and reliability. The role offers a blend of strategic project leadership, hands-on development, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal for someone passionate about engineering excellence, this role provides the chance to make a meaningful impact on cutting-edge HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage new product initiatives as well as ongoing product improvement efforts.
• Drive product development from concept through launch, applying both analytical and experimental methodologies.
• Oversee system-level design, qualification testing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across departments to provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, marketing, and quality teams.
• Conduct and present technical findings to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Approximately 10 years of experience in mechanical design and project engineering.
• Proven success in releasing multiple product families to market.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in NPD processes, DFSS, DFMA, and thermodynamics fundamentals.
• Experience with advanced simulation tools, lab instrumentation, and compliance testing.
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification – Universal
