Position: Contract Administrator
Compensation: $24 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Del City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team!
Join a dynamic environment where you will support the administration of contracts and subcontracts. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with corporate operations, ensuring efficient payment processes and contract management. If you’re detail-oriented and have a knack for managing deadlines, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts
- Track and document contract status and modifications
- Support proposal submissions with cost and pricing materials
- Assist in accounts receivable collections
- Process vendor invoices and information requests
- Maintain metrics on contract activities
- Support monthly contract invoicing and billing
- Reconcile accounts and support pricing tasks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years in contracts/invoicing/accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Government contracts and GSA schedules
- Familiarity with web-based applications
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable processes
