Compensation: $118,000/year
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly (Tuesday required; other two days flexible), Fort Collins area
Position: Senior Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects that support critical county operations. The role is open due to a backfill and offers the chance to work within a collaborative team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and IT professionals. This team supports 26 distinct operational areas, delivering innovative solutions including digital evidence automation and wireless network projects. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone experienced in business analysis and passionate about public service.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Project Managers & IT Teams to support project implementation efforts
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create and maintain business analysis documentation and user stories
• Facilitate meetings, conduct design sessions, and support product lifecycle activities
• Assist in vendor application implementation and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, current state documentation, and user story creation
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience conducting design sessions and supporting implementation phases
• Must spend the majority of their day performing BA-related tasks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience working in IT environments or on software projects
• Familiarity with Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to Organizational Change Management
• Previous experience in a government setting
