Compensation: $40–50/hr
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Position: DevOps Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-impact data initiative within a growing team. The role focuses on enabling better business decisions by building and optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalable data solutions. This position is open due to increasing project demands, and the selected engineer will play a key role in modernizing deployments, improving system reliability, and automating delivery across environments.

Responsibilities:
• Deploy applications in Azure using Terraform as part of a DevOps delivery model
• Streamline CI/CD processes to increase deployment speed and reliability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with data teams to support the usability of analytics and dashboards
• Apply monitoring tools and service level indicators to track performance and health

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 4+ years of DevOps experience 
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting in languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Understanding of Git workflows and source control practices
• Experience supporting infrastructure in fast-paced, data-centric environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Azure Databricks or other data platforms
• Familiarity with Airflow or Kubernetes
• Background in supporting data engineering or business intelligence teams
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and DNS
• Certificate management and observability tooling experience
