Position: Desktop Support

Compensation: $25 – $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
• Troubleshoot Windows, O365, VPN, and applications
• Manage mobile devices and user accounts
• Support video conferencing setups and operations
• Assist in field operation support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support
• Proficiency in Windows and O365 troubleshooting
• Experience with VPN and application support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations
• Personable and a team player
