Compensation: $150,000-$160,000

Lead Developer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lead Developer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative Microsoft-focused development team that works exclusively on web-based projects. The company has a strong technical foundation and a leadership team committed to building high-quality software and a healthy team culture. The company values team players who can communicate clearly, participate in shared decision-making, and bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, web-based applications

• Work collaboratively with other leads and team members to make technical decisions

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Mentor offshore and junior developers as needed

• Participate in planning and architecture discussions to support long-term goals

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with the Azure platform (beyond just hosting)

• Proficiency in .NET and/or .NET Core

• Experience with Blazor or MudBlazor for front-end development

• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools within Azure DevOps

• Web development experience in Microsoft-based environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with offshore teams

• Background in agile development environments

• Previous experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role
