Compensation: $130K–$150K
Location: Midland, TX (Onsite)
Position: Network Administrator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Administrator to join their team! This is a new direct hire opportunity with a forward-thinking organization that’s driving impactful technology projects including major cloud migrations, Windows 11 upgrades, and SD-WAN implementations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys supporting both corporate and field networks. The team is looking for someone experienced, collaborative, and ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the organization’s network infrastructure, including routing, firewalls, wireless systems, and overall network design.

• Collaborate across IT teams to troubleshoot and maintain secure, stable, and scalable network environments.

• Provide ongoing administration for VoIP and unified communications systems.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate network documentation for auditing and operational continuity.

• Participate in planning and implementation of network enhancements, security improvements, and policy updates.

• Provide expert-level support for cloud-based systems and network integrations, particularly in a hybrid environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in network administration within enterprise environments.

• Strong background in firewall management, with hands-on experience using Cisco and Check Point technologies.

• Expertise in routing protocols, VoIP systems, and various connectivity solutions (e.g., IPSEC VPN, WAN, QoS).

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and maintain operational uptime.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

• Familiarity with security compliance, audits, and network hardening.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working within SCADA or field network environments.

• Prior involvement in SD-WAN projects or rollouts.

• Oil and gas industry exposure.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a willingness to interact with users under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
