Position: POS Analyst I

Compensation: $30 – $37 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Sandy Springs, Georgia

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled POS Analyst I to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and support technical aspects of POS systems
• Ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot POS system issues
• Implement new features and updates for POS systems
• Support lab operations for multiple retail/restaurant brands
• Provide level 3 support for help desk with advanced troubleshooting
• Configure and update software and hardware as needed
• Collaborate with IT team members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and updates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• POS experience with any software (Par Brink, Oracle, Infor preferred)
• Working knowledge of Powershell scripting
• Experience with computer imaging
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in information technology
