Position: Cisco Phone Device Technician

Compensation: $26/hour – $32/hour

Location: ONSITE – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Phone Device Technician to join their team!

Join a nationally recognized healthcare system as a Phone Device Technician, supporting and deploying Cisco VoIP systems. If you’re tech-savvy and ready to make an impact, this is your chance to grow with a top-tier team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide senior-level on-site support for Cisco VoIP deployments
• Assist with configuration of Cisco voice gateways
• Resolve Cisco IP Telephony functionality issues
• Manage deployment of in-house Cisco VoIP systems
• Act as escalation support for junior team members
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve complex issues
• Provide hardware, software, and application support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Provide user training and maintain inventory
• Ensure devices are updated with latest software

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Cisco VoIP phone systems
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications
• Contact Center
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide technical support and training
• Experience with hardware and software support

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Cisco voice gateways
• Previous experience in a senior technical role
