Position: ATM Solutions Analyst

Compensation: $30-40/hr 

Location: Tulsa, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ATM Solutions Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented technology professional with strong knowledge in ATM systems and financial networks. This team member will be responsible for supporting and optimizing ATM hardware, software, and connectivity infrastructure. The position is part of a high-impact team working in a collaborative environment, focused on enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role is open due to a growing demand for innovation and security in ATM services.

Responsibilities:

• Support ATM hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and configuration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve ATM-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with security standards and financial industry regulations
• Manage incident tracking, problem resolution, and reporting activities
• Coordinate system updates, automation efforts, and project planning tasks
• Provide high-level support and customer service to both internal and external clients

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and network configurations
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ATM systems
• Familiarity with financial industry compliance and security protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication and client management abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with scripting languages or automation tools
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in financial services
• Project coordination or management experience
• Experience working independently while managing multiple concurrent tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
