Compensation:

Position:
Senior IFS Applications Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior IFS Applications Manager to join their team! This is a pivotal opportunity with a global renewables company to lead and support the Applications Support team, managing a global service function focused on the IFS Cloud platform and related systems. The role is essential in driving issue resolution, managing service queues, and collaborating with functional stakeholders to improve operational workflows. With IFS recently implemented, this position will be critical in supporting post-go-live initiatives, troubleshooting complex application issues, and optimizing performance. The position is contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Application Support team, managing the global service queue and triage efforts
• Resolve complex system issues related to IFS and integrated business applications
• Partner closely with business units to identify requirements and ensure functional alignment
• Drive defect management, workflow automation, and other key initiatives post-implementation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain and enhance system performance
• Uphold ITIL best practices and maintain strong documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience with IFS, including IFS 10 and IFS Cloud
• 10+ years of management experience, leading technical or applications teams
• Strong background in implementing, supporting, and maintaining integrated business applications
• ServiceNow experience for managing and maintaining service queues
• Expertise in at least one IFS functional domain (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, HCM, or Asset & Service Management)
• Deep understanding of IFS Solutions Manager, including permissions, profiles, and workflow setup
• Ability to automate workflows and support ERP lifecycle processes
• Proficient in ITILv3 methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for business users
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders across business functions
• Familiarity with SQL or databases to assist in troubleshooting
