Position: Applications Developer

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Midland, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Enable business operations with custom tools and apps
• Build and deploy responsive Power Apps solutions
• Automate workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate with internal tools and business systems
• Collaborate with analysts and developers for cohesive solutions
• Own application delivery from design to support
• Mentor junior team members
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize secure API integrations for system connections

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in systems integration or software development
• 3+ years of oil and gas industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with API development
• Knowledge of Databricks, Azure SQL, Python, and DAX
• Experience with industrial data from sensors and SCADA
