Position: Service Desk Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support professional to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting a professional, business casual workplace. The team is looking for someone eager and motivated who can take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a high-volume support setting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users in a Windows-based environment
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and other identity management tools
• Resolve tickets using a structured ITSM platform in a timely and effective manner
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support enterprise tools including Office 365 and cloud-based technologies
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes as it relates to IT support
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 6 months of hands-on IT support experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments and Dell hardware
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for identity and access management
• Experience with an ITSM ticketing system
• Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Exposure to Intune and Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
• Understanding of mobile device management, particularly iPhones
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft)
