Position: IT Project Planner

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Planner to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in the heart of Midland, Texas, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape of a forward-thinking organization. As an IT Project Planner, you'll coordinate multiple technology initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly from inception to completion. This is your chance to work closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders, driving projects with agility and precision. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead project planning with agility and transparency
• Develop project plans with clear scope and timelines
• Forecast timelines and track progress toward deliverables
• Facilitate alignment and resolve blockers between teams
• Prepare materials for project prioritization with stakeholders
• Conduct project meetings and status reviews
• Build an annual delivery roadmap for budget planning
• Manage multiple IT projects concurrently
• Mentor project managers through established practices
• Support vendor management and contract coordination

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in leading technical projects
• 5+ years of IT expertise in software or infrastructure
• Proven ability to deliver projects with speed and flexibility
• Strong understanding of technology project lifecycles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience with successful technology solution implementations
• Ability to influence without direct reporting lines
