Compensation: $45-$50/hr

Project Manager

Inceed has partnered with a leading retail organization to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

This Project Manager supports the launch of a new branded credit card program, and a project that enhances an existing customer loyalty initiative. The Project Manager will play a key role in orchestrating the customer experience across digital and in-store channels, ensuring the program is successfully rolled out and resonates with customers. The position requires someone hands-on and strategic—ideally experienced in loyalty, credit card, or customer rewards program initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary project lead for the launch of a new loyalty credit card program.

• Collaborate with internal marketing, digital, and in-store teams to shape program visibility and customer engagement strategies.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Manage timelines, risks, resources, and communications across the program lifecycle.

• Ensure alignment between IT teams and customer-facing departments on functionality and rollout logistics.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing projects related to loyalty programs or credit card initiatives.

• Background in retail, banking/financial services, or travel industries preferred.

• Proven success in a project or program management role overseeing customer-focused initiatives.

• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be onsite in Katy, TX Monday through Friday.
